On 05/12/2024 Vivekananda Law College, Puttur in association with Indraprastha PreUniversity College, Uppinangady, organized a “Legal Awareness Programme”. Sri.Shreyas,
Student of Vivekananda Law, provided information on cybercrimes and the significance of
digital knowledge, he emphasized the importance of cyber law in curtailing online fraud and
other illegal activities and discussed the role of students in avoiding and preventing them.
Abhijith Vibhas K, another law student, provided detailed information on the Motor Vehicle
Act in which he gave a detailed informations about the traffic rules and students who are
below 18 years of age how they have to comply with the moto vehicle act so on.
Smt. Sangita S M, Assistant Professor, Vivekananda Law College highlighted the importance
of legal education and explained the career opportunities obtainable in the legal profession.
The program was attended by Advocate Sudheer Tholpadi and the Principal of Indraprastha
Pre-University College, Uppinangady.
