A special talk on the topic ‘Women and Society’ was organized at Vivekananda Law College on 13.03.2024 by women’s cell and IQAC in Association with Adhivakta Parishad South Zone, Puttur Unit. Emphasizing about the identity, confidence, and courage of the women, Smt.Shobhitha Satish, Principal, Vivekananda College of Education, Tenkila, Puttur, said that when a woman is confident she can achieve anything in her life. We must have to imbibe some values of her life, it may be disciple, interest, confidence, positive attitude, character etc. Motivation must come within oneself and we must have some role models in our life it may be our grandmother, mother sister. When we open our inner eyes we are able to identity a real role model
who is in our surrounding. Principal of Vivekananda Law College Smt.Akshatha A.P. presided over the programme. Sri Jayaprakash N., President, Adhivakta Parishad, Dakshina Prantha, Puttur Unit gave detailed information about the organization of Adhivakta Parishad and made introductory remarks about International Women's Day.
