On 18.11.2019 Blood Donation Camp was organized by Vivekananda Law College Puttur. Dignitaries on The Dias Were Dr. Ramachandra Bhat, Rotary Blood Bank Puttur, Askar Anand, President Red Cross Puttur, Victor Martis, Akshatha A.P, Principal of Vivekananda Law College, Kumar Kumar S, Assistant Professor of Political Science Was Presided.
Dr. Ramchandra Bhat addressed the audience about the importance of Blood Donation. Sir explained the precautions which are to be taken before donating the blood such as consumption of food, not to consume any antibiotic tablets and atleast, minimum 3 months gap has to be maintained for donating the blood once again and ended the speech.
A talk was also arranged regarding significance of Red Cross Society to motivate the students to involve in large number for red cross.
Around 24 Students and Professors donated the blood. Programme ended with vote of thanks.
