On 26 November 2019 Constitution Day was celebrated by Vivekananda Law College Puttur at ICAR Conference Hall. The seminar was inaugurated by Sri Manjunath, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sri Prakash, Principal Civil Judge, Puttur, Sri Manohar K.V., President of Puttur Bar Association and Dr.B.K.Ravindra, Director of Legal Studies Vivekananda Law College Puttur.
Sri Manjunath, Civil Judge, Senior Division Puttur spoke about the fundamental Rights of the citizens and restrictions that can be imposed on Fundamental Rights in the larger interest of the society.
Dr.B.K.Ravindra, Director of Legal Studies, spoke about the significance and evolution of constitution and the Relation between Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy.
Sri Manohar K.V., President of Puttur Bar Association, spoke about the Fundamental Duties and the role to be played by the people of India in upholding the Fundamental Duties.
