A Guest Lecture on Negotiable Instruments Act was held at Vivekananda Law College on 12/08/2023.Advocate Sri Shashikumar K was the Resource Person. The lecture began by specifying the objects of the Act and its importance in the practical field of Advocacy.
He further mentioned some sections with examples and gave elaborated details of various situations and cases. Guest Lecture was followed by an interactive session. Students’ queries regarding banking law was clarified.
