Library

Library is the heart and soul of an Institution. Library is housed with 13,015 volumes of books and there are 1516 book volumes of Journals and Reports. Library procures 24 reports and 10 Journals and remaining are the magazines.

To meet the needs of techno-buddies and to avail the benefits of technology all books and reference materials are bar coded with library automatic service, easy-library providing open public access catalogue to search library books, research material, periodicals and to learn more about the library.

Hours of Working

Monday to Saturday 8.40 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. reading and reference is opened.

Procedure for Circulation

Users can borrow text books for 7 working days. After due date the user has to renew the books in person. Reference books and journals are meant only for reference in library.

Rules and Regulations of the Library

The rules and regulations of the library is applicable to both staff and students. Library authorities can withdraw the services of the library if any user violates the rules of the library. Student ID card is compulsory to avail the services of the library.

Users and readers are required to avoid conversation or use of modern gadgets in the library as it disturbs the tranquility of the library.

Books and reports should be handled smoothly and not to re-shelf the materials. Defects found in books or journals should be brought to the knowledge of the librarian. Disfiguring and marking the pages of library books with ink or pencil is not allowed.
