Vivekananda College of Law, Puttur in association with Mundaje Pre-University College organized a Legal Literacy program on 06/12/2024 at Mundaje PU College.
Kum. Pratiksha, an advocate from Belthangady, provided detailed information on the Motor Vehicles Act, traffic rules, vehicle registration, and permits. Sri.Shreyas Rao, a student from Vivekananda Law College, spoke about cybercrime and the POCSO Act.
Smt.Ashitha K.., Assistant Professor of Law at Vivekananda Law College, highlighted the importance of legal education. The program was presided over by Jali O.A., Principal of Mundaje Pre-University College.
The college’s Legal Literacy Club, Grama Vikas Samiti, Mahila Kosh, and NSS Unit collaborated to make the event successful. Namitha K.R., NSS Officer, welcomed the gathering, while student Lathesh emceed the program and Kumari Chaya proposed the vote of thanks.
