Vivekananda Law College, Puttur organised One Day workshop for Student Council Members and Members of the various committees of the college on Personality Development and Event Management on 10/10/2019. The Resource Persons were Dr. C. K. Manjunath, Principal of Vivekananda Pre-University College, Puttur, Dr. B.K.Ravindra, Director of Legal Studies of Vivekananda Law College Puttur and Mr. Rakesh Kammaje, Department of Journalism OF Vivekananda College.
The Resource Persons explained the Leadership Qualities by emphasising on the qualities like Honesty and Integrity, Confidence, Inspiring others to work together, Commitment and Passion, Decision Making, Accountability, Delegation, Innovation, Courage, Humility and Empathy. Mr. Rakesh Kammaje laid stress on How to organise an event, Management of Event and skills required for successful event management.
